    ​The following documents must be loaded through the FNA page in the online background tab where you must create a username and password and then enter through the option to load Web documents:

    1. Certificate of tradition and individual freedom.

    2. Promise of sale.

    Once the above documents are uploaded, you will be asked for the necessary documentation to carry out the legalization and disbursement process indicated in your credit offer.

    ​R / The offer letter is sent by mail to the address that the member has registered in the form, however, after the approval date at any of the FNA Service Points they can print and deliver a copy of this document . Remember that if you authorized the FNA to send information via email, a copy of the offer letter will be sent.​
