The Administrator of Resources of the General System of Social Security in Health -ADRES- is the State entity that manages and protects the proper use of the monies that support the provision of health services, as well as payments, money orders and transfers that must be made to the different agents involved in the same system. Likewise, it manages the Unique Affiliate Database -BDUA- of the General System of Social Security in Health (SGSSS), which contains information on the insured in the different regimes: contributory, subsidized, exception, special and entities providing voluntary plans Health. Adres has a special nature similar to a State industrial and commercial company, with legal status, administrative and financial autonomy, independent assets, attached to the Ministry of Health and Social Protection.​
