Mission
The Administradora de los Recursos del Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud (ADRES) is a public organization, ascribed to the Ministry of Health and Social Protection, created to manage and administer the financial resources of the Colombian health system by collecting, recognizing and transferring them with the purpose of supporting the provision of health services to the inhabitants of the national territory, contributing to transparency and financial sustainability and generating security, trust and certainty to the value and interest groups.
Vision
The Administradora de los Recursos del Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud (ADRES), as the entity responsible for managing the financial resources of the health system, shall be recognized in 2033 by value and interest groups as a national technical entity that manages the flow of resources that supports the provision of services to the inhabitants of the national territory in a timely and effective manner, generating valuable information for decision-making in the sector, positioning itself as an international benchmark for efficiency and transparency in the management of health resources.
